Cancellation / No Show / Early Check-out Policy:

  • 1 night charge during the period Low Season
  • 50% revenue during the period High Season
  • Full revenue during the period Peak Season

In Case of CANCELLATION/AMENDMENT, a written notification by e-mail or fax must be received by us:

  • 7 days before the check-in dated during Low Season
  • 14 days before the check-in dated during High Season
  • 21 days before the check-in dated during Peak Season
